Why "from" and not a flat price?
Because the inclusions are fixed and your scope isn't. The starting price covers exactly what's listed; if you need more pages, more integrations or more people trained, the extra is quoted in writing before work starts — and that quote is fixed.
Do you charge hourly?
Only outside a package: web design & prototyping at $125 an hour, security, audit & compliance at $150 an hour. Packages and monthly programs are flat.
Is there a contract?
Monthly programs are month to month and cancel any time. One-time work is covered by a one-page written quote that states the price, the inclusions and the delivery steps.
What isn't included?
Third-party costs — domain registration, hosting, Stripe fees, stock media — are passed through at cost. Everything I do is in the price.
