01Who this is for
Owner-run businesses in and around Richmond that need a site to do a job: a landscaping company that quotes work, a barbershop that books it, a product company that sells it. Every site I've shipped this year belonged to a business like that, and each one is linked below with its real before-and-after numbers.
02What's different
Each page is real HTML that a search engine can read without running JavaScript — which matters more than it sounds, because the most common thing I find on a new client's site is a modern app framework serving Google an empty page. Your photos and video are processed properly (sized, stripped of metadata, served in modern formats). Titles, canonicals, structured data and a sitemap are part of the build, not an add-on. And it's verified in a real browser, at phone width, before it ships.
03How it runs
A short call, a written blueprint and quote, then a working prototype in days. From there the site grows in versioned releases you can click through and approve; nothing goes live without your OK. You get a repository or zip in your name, deployed to the host you choose — several clients run on Replit, and I'll happily keep you there.
04Keeping what already works
If you have a site that ranks, the redesign is ported onto it page by page so no URL Google trusts gets thrown away. That's exactly how Montgomery Landscape's redesign went live with zero ranking pages lost.
